gENERAL TERMS OF SERVICES FOR QUICK CREDPAL
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quick CredPal platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, digital wallets, financial products, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Quick CredPal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Specific product terms for Loans, Investments, Savings, Grants, or other financial services form part of this agreement and are incorporated herein by refere

nce.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including any policies referenced herein.


2. Eligibility

To use Quick CredPal services, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding financial agreements in your jurisdiction;
  • Not be prohibited from accessing financial services under applicable laws or sanctions regulations.

Quick CredPal reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.


3. Account Creation

To access certain services, you must create an account (“QCP Wallet”).

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
  • Maintain and promptly update your information where necessary;
  • Safeguard your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information may result in suspension or termination.


4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Quick CredPal operates in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and financial compliance regulations.

All users must complete identity verification procedures, which may include:

  • Government-issued identification;
  • Proof of address;
  • Biometric verification;
  • Additional documentation where required.

Quick CredPal reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted account functionality.


5. Account Activation Requirement

Following successful registration and KYC verification, users are required to activate their QCP Wallet before full transactional functionality is enabled.

Minimum Activation Deposit

A minimum deposit of Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100.00) for Fiat Deposit, Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (USD $150.00) for Cryptocurrency, or its currency equivalent is required to activate the account for transactions.

This activation deposit:

  • Is not a service fee;
  • Is not action fee;
  • Is not deducted or retained by Quick CredPal as a cost;
  • Remains fully owned by the user;
  • Is fully accessible and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard transaction processing procedures.

The activation deposit is a standard account-opening requirement designed to:

  • Enable transactional capability;
  • Establish transaction readiness;
  • Support compliance and risk management controls;
  • Confirm account funding functionality.

Accounts that are not activated may experience restrictions, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to send or withdraw received funds;
  • Temporary holding of incoming funds pending account activation;
  • Compliance review delays.
  • Account flagging or termination.

Quick CredPal reserves the right to modify activation requirements in accordance with regulatory or operational needs.


6. Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful financial activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent transactions;
  • Money laundering;
  • Unauthorized third-party use;
  • Sanctions violations;
  • Misrepresentation of identity or source of funds.

Quick CredPal may monitor transactions and report suspicious activities in accordance with applicable laws.


7. Fees and Charges

All applicable service fees, transaction charges, administrative costs, and processing fees will be transparently displayed to you before you confirm any financial transaction.

When processing withdrawals or transfers, external transaction fees may be charged by the selected payment gateway depending on the payment method used. These fees are entirely the customer’s responsibility once a successful transaction is confirmed on our platform.

Quick CredPal does not add, institute, or mandate any external fees. All external transaction fees are solely determined and collected by the respective Payment Gateways during transaction settlement, on their terms.

Important Notice:
To avoid fraud and unauthorized charges, you are required to confirm the authenticity of any payment gateway or payment link directly with Quick CredPal before proceeding with any payment. Quick CredPal will not be responsible for any payments made to unverified or fraudulent channels.


8. Transactions and Processing

All deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions are subject to:

  • Internal review and compliance screening;
  • Payment gateway processing times;
  • Banking network regulations;
  • Applicable local and international laws;

All external withdrawals and transfers are processed in cheque form and settled to the customer’s designated account through our external payment gateway. All cheque conversion and settlement for withdrawals and transfers are handled exclusively by the external payment gateway.

Processing timelines provided are estimates only and not guarantees. However, transaction settlement is guaranteed for all successfully processed transactions.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick CredPal shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
  • Delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions;
  • Regulatory restrictions beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, technology, and materials on the Platform are proprietary to Quick CredPal and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.


11. Suspension and Termination

Quick CredPal may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account:

  • For breach of these Terms;
  • For failure to complete verification requirements;
  • For suspected unlawful activity;
  • For regulatory compliance reasons.

Termination does not relieve users of outstanding financial obligations.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts as determined by applicable law.


13. Amendments

Quick CredPal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
